Job description
Fast growing online entertainment company is looking for experienced game designer to join Facebook social game project.

Requir ements and Skills
• Fluent English;
• Extensive games experience, especially social platforms (Facebook, VKontakte);
• An avid gamer, especially in the social games genre, with strong interest in pushing the genre forward creatively;
• Demonstrable success in creating compelling (fun, commercially viable, and critically-acclaimed) gameplay, scenarios, activities, and encounters;
• Intense creativity, a passion to innovate, and the drive to go beyond what is directly asked;
• A mature, professional attitude and work ethic. You need to be able to champion your ideas, yet accept and value the ideas of others;
• Strong organizational skills: ability to keep track of minute details as well as the big picture while multitasking;
• Able to work cooperatively with artists and programmers to see the design vision implemented through to completion;
• Able to design, evaluate, tweak and balance the fine details on a day-to-day basis;
• Able to coordinate with QA and provide test specifications;
• Experience with script or visual script editors is a big plus;

Conditions
• The job is remote;
• Working hours: 9-5 EST; (15 - 23h po hrv. vremenu, op. rep-hr)
• Long-term, full-time employment;
• New project;
