Fast growing company is looking for a skilled PHP developer who can lead a team of 10 great developers, provide good ideas and administrate existing development process.

Requirements and Skills
• Management experience;
• LAMP experienced developer, 5+ years;
• Analytic and problem solving skills;
• Administrating skills, able to work with documents and reports;
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and the software development process;
• Able to lead 10 developers and assign tasks to them;
• Excellent communication skills, advanced English;

Conditions
• The job is remote;
• Working hours: 9-5 EST; (15 - 23h po hrv. vremenu, op. rep.hr)
• Long-term, full-time employment;
