Development team leader (.NET)

Are you the one we are looking for ?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced software developer with a high set of project/resource managemet skills, a high degree of responsibility, and the ability to solve real world problems in a pragmatic way by approaching the problem from a higher level.
 
Key responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership to a development team and assigning tasks to them
- Responsible for team short term development planning and delivery dates
- Assisting in mid and long term development planning
- Providing high-level development estimates for planning/budgeting
- Collaborating with the sales team and creating technical specifications
- Analyzing and documenting business needs
- Mentoring and supervising team members
- Designing and developing solutions using .NET Framework
- Creating and managing technical documentation
- Continuously improving code base and removing technical debt

Professional qualifications and experience
- Experience and ability to manage project technical implementation from a higher level and breaking down the implementation into tasks to be assigned to software engineers.
- Experience and ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverable.
- Good organizational and planning skills to ensure project implementation on time.

Technical skills
- 3 years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework).
- Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web services, XML, JSON, AJAX, and other web technologies.
- Good knowledge of programming patterns, techniques, and best practices.

Leadership skills
- High level of responsibility for the assigned tasks and projects
- Takes responsibility and follows through on all assignments
- Communicates clearly and maintains an effective relationship with sales team, technical support team and other team members
- Provides input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Displays effective analytical skills
- Displays effective organizational skills
- Effectively manages scope and expectations on individual assignments
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions
